How is my letter delivered?
Your parcel is sealed in wax, wrapped in rose paper, and carried by our private courier within three to five days, anywhere in the realm. Tracking arrives by post — discreetly addressed, of course.
May I request a custom wax seal or ribbon?
Most certainly. Choose from forty seals and a rainbow of silk ribbons, or commission an engraved seal bearing your own cipher — the favorite flourish of our returning patrons.
Are my words kept private?
Every scrivener swears an oath of confidentiality; your words belong to you and your beloved alone. Unopened parcels returned within fourteen days are refunded in full, no questions posed.
