Do you truly ship by airship?
Every automaton travels crated in straw aboard our freight dirigibles, insured against piracy and inclement weather alike. Landlubber couriers are available on request.
What does the warranty cover?
All clockwork, rivets, and aether seals are covered against defect for the term of your tier. Accidental hat-related damage is repaired at half price.
Is the aether motor safe?
Certified by the Royal Aether Board. Our dynamo emits less stray aether than a summer thunderstorm and considerably less than your uncle’s moustache wax.
May I return or customize my automaton?
Bespoke commissions are yours to tailor utterly. Stock chassis may be returned within thirty days — crated, wound down, and politely apologized to.
