How are listings verified on Coral Stays?
Every host completes ID verification, and every listing is reviewed by our trust team before it goes live. Guests can also filter for stays with 50+ completed verified trips.
What does hosting cost?
Listing is free. We charge hosts a 3% fee on completed bookings (1.5% on Pro). Guests pay a separate service fee at checkout — never a surprise on arrival.
Can guests cancel for free?
Yes — every booking includes free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, and each stay's cancellation policy is labelled clearly before you pay.
