WOVEN

The Loom Studio

Threads of light,
woven by hand.

WOVEN is a working loom studio: small-batch textiles, unhurried workshops for hands of every level, and bespoke commissions — one shuttle at a time.

What we make

Craft with a heartbeat

Every piece at WOVEN passes through human hands — from raw skein to finished cloth.

Handwoven Goods

Scarves, throws, and table linens woven on our floor looms from responsibly sourced wool, linen, and cotton.

Workshops & Classes

Small-group sessions at the loom — warp to weave — with all materials, tools, and gentle guidance included.

Bespoke Commissions

Bring us a color, a story, or a room. We design and weave a one-of-one textile made only for you.

How it works

From skein to cloth

Three unhurried steps — the same path every piece takes off our looms.

Choose Your Thread

Browse the studio wall of merino, linen, and alpaca, and pick the palette that feels like home.

Warp the Loom

Measure, tension, and thread the warp with our makers. The rhythm starts here.

Weave & Finish

Throw the shuttle, beat the weft, then wash, press, and hand-finish your cloth.

Kind words

Woven into their stories

"I arrived having never touched a loom and left with a scarf I wear every single week. The pace is unhurried and the teaching wonderfully clear."
Maya ChenWorkshop student
"WOVEN wove cushions for our inn's reading room, and guests ask about them daily. Extraordinary craft, from first sketch to final knot."

Questions

Before you sit down

Do I need any weaving experience?

None at all. Most students arrive having never touched a loom. Our makers guide you from your first warp thread to a finished piece — patience included.

Are materials included in workshops?

Yes — every session fee covers yarn, tools, and loom time. Just bring yourself, and maybe a friend.

Do you ship finished goods?

We ship across the country in three to five days, wrapped in reusable studio cloth. Commission pieces always ship free.

What is your return policy?

Standard goods may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Bespoke commissions are final sale, though we will always mend or adjust.

Can I gift a workshop?

Gladly — gift cards apply to any session or membership, never expire, and arrive wrapped in handwoven cloth.
