Questions I hear a lot
Is this only for brand-new businesses?
Not at all. Some of my favorite projects were twenty-year-old shops that needed a fresh coat of story. If you're tired of sounding like everyone else, we'll get along fine.
How long does a project take?
The Sketch takes about two weeks. Partnerships unfold over a month or two, at whatever pace real life allows. No deadline is worth your sanity.
How do payments work?
Half holds your spot, the rest is due when you're happy. Monthly plans cancel anytime — no tiny-print contracts, just a handshake and an invoice.
