Frequently Asked

The fine print, in plain English.

How do you grade a garment’s condition?

Every piece is inspected stitch by stitch and graded from “Museum” (near-original) to “Well-Loved” (honest wear). The grade, true measurements, and any repairs are listed on its authenticity card.

How does vintage sizing work?

Vintage sizes rarely match modern labels. We list true measurements for every garment, and your stylist pulls pieces cut for your exact figure — alterations close any remaining gap.

What is your returns policy?

Unworn pieces return within 14 days for a full refund, care tags still attached. Altered and final-sale estate pieces are always noted clearly before you buy.
