Tropicalismo Gastronômico Vibrante

Three days of fire, fruit and forró — Brazil's loudest, most flavorful feast lands on Copacabana beach.

Festival table crowded with Brazilian dishes: grilled pineapple, moqueca stew, lime caipirinhas and fresh tropical fruit

Flavors of the Festival

Fire & Tucupi

Chefs from Belém simmer moqueca and tucupi over open coals, ladling Amazonian heat straight onto your plate.

Caipirinha Laboratory

Our mixologists shake forty fruits — jabuticaba, cupuaçu, graviola — into Brazil's most iconic cocktail.

Forró Under the Stars

Live accordion and zabumba keep the dance floor bouncing long after the last skewer of queijo coalho.

Words From the Table

"I have cooked in twelve countries, and nothing prepared me for the joy of this crowd. It is Brazil on a plate — loud, generous and gloriously alive."

"We came for the food and stayed for the dancing. The moqueca alone was worth the flight — and our kids still talk about the açaí stall."

Questions, Answered

Is the festival family friendly?

Absolutely. Children under 8 enter free, the Little Chefs pavilion runs supervised cooking classes all day, and the forró stage welcomes dancers of every age.

Are there vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes — more than half of our fifty stalls offer plant-based dishes, from grilled hearts of palm to a vegan bobó made with banana blossom.

What happens if it rains?

The festival sits under the covered Copacabana Pavilion, so the party continues rain or shine. Free ponchos are handed out at every entrance.
