chaotic nature, lovingly collected

Hoard the wild, one shiny thing at a time.

Nimbus is a cozy burrow for your finds — pressed leaves, bottle-cap treasures, mushroom maps, and every strange little delight the forest drops in your path.

What lives in the burrow

Mushroom logs

Track every toadstool you meet — cap colour, spot pattern, and whether it winked back.

Moss mapping

Chart which benches, fallen logs, and drainpipes wear the finest velvet green.

Trinket shelves

Arrange shiny finds on crooked digital shelves that, unlike real ones, never collapse.

How the hoarding happens

  1. Forage

Wander. Spot a wonder — a frog, a fungi, or a pebble with real personality.

  2. Log it

Snap, name, tag. Add a note about the smell of the mud that morning.

  3. Hoard proudly

Your collection slowly grows moss. Share the shelf, keep the pebbles.

From fellow burrowers

“Nimbus holds all 412 of my shiny things with zero judgement. My shelf of bog glass has never looked so organised — or so crooked in exactly the right ways.”

Pip Thistledown — amateur moss archivist

“I logged a frog. The frog logged me back. Anyway: five stars, the app is a warm little hole in the ground and I live there now.”

Bramble Osgood — keeper of the compost kingdom

Questions from the undergrowth

Is Nimbus right for non-goblins?

Absolutely. Moss does not discriminate, and neither do we. If you have muddy boots and curious pockets, the burrow door is already open.

Can I export my hoard if I leave?

Yes — every trinket leaves in a tidy bundle, labels intact. We only ask that you wave goodbye to the mushrooms on your way out.

What happens if I step on a snail?

Gently relocate the snail to softer ground, then log the encounter under “small friendships”. Nimbus keeps a dedicated category for exactly this.
