Boxes leave our studio within two business days and arrive in 3–7 days worldwide, shipped carbon-neutral. Marketplace pieces ship directly from the artisan, usually within a week.
We work directly with 400+ artisans in 28 countries — Oaxacan weavers, Moroccan leatherworkers, Jaipur block printers. Every listing names its maker, village, and materials.
Three to seven handmade pieces — ceramics, textiles, jewellery, or small-batch apothecary — each with an origin story card and a handwritten note from the maker.
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it — no return shipping needed. Handmade is sturdy, but the road is long; we've got you.
