Type
A box for text and a cursor. Formatting stays out of the way until you ask for it.
Notes that stay out of the way.
A plain notes app. Type things in, keep them, find them later. It works. That's the pitch.
Features
Everything a notes app needs and nothing it doesn't.
Find
Search looks at titles and body text. Results appear as you type, in a plain list.
Sync
Notes save as you write and show up on your other devices. Nothing to press.
How it works
Three steps, none of them interesting.
01
Open it
No account, no onboarding screens. The app opens straight onto a blank note.
02
Type
Write it down. Saving happens on its own, so you never have to think about it.
03
Keep
Notes stay put. Search for a word you remember and the note turns up.
What people say
Two quotes. We could have listed twenty, but that seemed like a lot.
"It opens fast and it doesn't ask me anything. I keep grocery lists in it and it has never once been in the way."
"I tried fancier apps and kept noticing them. This one I only notice when I need it, which is the point."

FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
Do I need an account?
For the free plan, no. Notes stay on your device. Sync plans need an email address, and that's all we ask for.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes. Any note exports as plain text at any time, and your whole account can be downloaded as a single file.
How do I cancel?
Press the cancel button in settings. The plan ends at the close of the month. No phone call, no survey.
Start a note.
Put in your email and we'll send a link. That's the whole process.
