Est. 2026 · Riso-pop toolkit

Off-register & proud.

Nimbus turns rough ideas into loud, ink-heavy pages. Halftones included. Smooth gradients banned at the door.

The ink room

Built for loud pages

Two-ink discipline

Pick your inks; Nimbus locks the palette. Every page stays loud, limited, and unmistakably yours.

Halftone engine

Dots from chunky to micro. Dither type, shapes, and photos like a well-worn drum scanner.

Registration chaos

Nudge any layer a few pixels off-register. Perfect imperfection, every pull of the squeegee.

The press run

Three pulls to print

  1. Stock your palette

Choose up to three inks and a paper stock. Nimbus runs the ink room for you.

  2. Lay your layers

Stack type, shapes, and halftones. Multiply blending keeps the ink honest where it overlaps.

  3. Pull the squeegee

Export print-ready pages or publish straight to the web press. One click, no smudges.

Frequently pressed questions

Why only two or three inks?

Because riso drums are physical. Fewer layers print cleaner, dry faster, and force bolder design. We build the same discipline into Nimbus.

Can I export print-ready files?

Yes — CMYK pass-through with registration marks, bleed, and ink separations for every layer, at up to 1200 dpi.

Does Nimbus support smooth gradients?

No. Next question. (If you need a fade, we offer honest halftones instead.)

Will my pages look right in dark mode?

Yes. Inks stay saturated on dark stock, and every color pair is checked for WCAG contrast in both themes.

What happens to my pages if I cancel?

You keep every file. Exports stay yours forever; we just stop the presses on anything new.
