Analog soul · Digital brain

A podcast studio that feels like hardware.

Real faders, glowing VU meters and machined knobs — tuned so mixing an episode feels like playing an instrument, not filling in a spreadsheet.

Machined, not painted on

Every panel is brushed, beveled and lit like the gear it replaces.

Channel strips with real feel

Faders with weight and travel, gates with a satisfying detent — every control tuned on actual mixing desks.

A library of 40+ knobs

Coaxial dials, toggle banks, spring-return sliders — all rendered in pure light and shadow, all MIDI-mappable.

Broadcast-grade signal chain

Noise gates, a de-esser and tape saturation wired into a signal flow you can trace with your eyes.

Heard on real desks

“It's the first app where I can feel the mix. My co-host keeps reaching for a volume knob that isn't there.”
Maya Okonkwo
Host, The Night Shift
“We replaced a $1,200 hardware controller with Nimbus. The knobs even click.”
Devon Pratt
Producer, Prairie Radio Network

Before you flip the power switch

Do the knobs work with a mouse or trackpad?

Drag vertically to turn, double-click to reset, hold Shift for fine steps. Every control is also keyboard-focusable with arrow-key steps.

Does Nimbus process my audio locally?

Recording and effects run entirely on your machine. Episodes leave it only when you export or publish.

Will my old USB interface work?

Any class-compliant USB or Thunderbolt interface works, plus most XLR desks made after 2004. MIDI controllers map automatically.
