## Build: "Targo Logistics Hero" Landing Page (Single Attempt, Production Quality)

**Role:** You are a Senior Frontend Engineer and Expert UI Designer. Build the complete landing page described below in one attempt. Every rule in this document is **mandatory** unless an explicit exception clause is attached to it.

## 0. PROJECT BRIEF & THEME SPECIFICATION

**0.1 Theme:** "Targo Logistics Hero" — premium logistics/transport brand identity, 2024–2026 era. Visual language: full-screen cinematic hero video displayed at **100% opacity with no dark overlay**, brand red `#EE3F2C`, geometric **clip-path buttons with 10–12px diagonal corner cuts**, **advanced liquid-glass surfaces** (backdrop blur + saturation), **Rubik bold uppercase typography**, compact and refined layout.

**0.2 Sections (build in this exact order):**
1. **Hero** — full-viewport video background, headline, subheadline, dual CTAs, floating liquid-glass consultation card containing a lead form
2. **Features** — 3 cards
3. **How It Works** — 3 numbered steps
4. **Testimonials** — 3 quotes
5. **Pricing** — 3 tiers (middle tier featured)
6. **FAQ** — accordion
7. **Final CTA** — full-width conversion band
8. **Footer** — secondary link columns, social icons, legal line

Additionally, include a slim **sticky glass header** (logo, anchor links to sections, CTA button) as part of the hero region.

**0.3 Copy Language:** Write **all user-facing copy in English** using logistics-domain vocabulary (freight, fleet, warehousing, dispatch, shipment tracking, free consultation). Write real, specific, conversion-oriented copy. Lorem ipsum is prohibited.

**0.4 Design Tokens (define in `:root`):**
- **Colors:** `--primary: #EE3F2C`, `--bg-primary: #000000`, `--bg-secondary: #1A1A1A`, `--text-primary: #FFFFFF`, `--text-secondary: rgba(255,255,255,0.72)`, plus `--text-success`, `--text-error`, `--border-default`, `--border-error`, `--border-success` (choose values that pass WCAG AA on dark surfaces).
- **Glass tokens:** `--glass-bg: rgba(255,255,255,0.05)`, `--glass-border: rgba(255,255,255,0.12)`, `--glass-shine: rgba(255,255,255,0.1)`, `--glass-inner-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,0.2)`.
- **Shape & motion:** `--radius-sm`, `--radius-md`, `--radius-lg`, `--shadow-sm`, `--shadow-md`, `--spacing-gap`, `--transition-fast: 150ms`, `--transition-normal: 300ms`, `--ease-standard: cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 0.2, 1)`, `--clip-size: 12px`.
- **Stacking:** `--z-dropdown: 100`, `--z-modal: 200`, `--z-toast: 300`.
- **Type:** `--font-base: 'Rubik'`.

**Contrast pairing:** Every dark background token (`#000000`, `#1A1A1A`, glass surfaces) must pair with light text tokens. Never place dark text on dark surfaces. If a near-white surface is ever required, use `#fefefe`, never `#ffffff`.

## 1. STRICT RULES & ARCHITECTURE

**1.1 CSS-First Architecture & Zero Inline CSS**
- All styling lives in `style.css`. The `style="..."` attribute is **forbidden** in HTML.
- All design properties, layout rules, and states are targeted via class or ID selectors only.
- HTML stays clean, semantic, and style-agnostic: changing the site's look must require editing only the CSS file.

**1.2 CSS Variables & Theme Tokens**
- Every color, radius, shadow, spacing, transition, easing, and z-index value must reference a `:root` CSS variable from Section 0.4 — no hardcoded hex/rgba values scattered through rules.
- Maintain the light-on-dark contrast pairing defined in 0.4 across every surface.

**1.3 Mandatory Dark Mode Support**
- Dark mode must be fully defined with all tokens, and the site must render correctly with no HTML restructuring.
- **Exception (theme-specific):** The Targo specification marks light mode as "Not Recommended" — therefore this build ships **dark-only**: omit the light/dark toggle and light token set, define the dark palette as the sole theme, and ensure `prefers-color-scheme` never introduces a light variant.

**1.4 Flexbox Layout & Mobile-First Alignment**
- Build all layout structures with Flexbox (`display: flex`).
- **Default rule:** every flex container defaults to `align-items: center` unless an exception is explicitly justified in a CSS comment. Documented exceptions for this build: card grids use `align-items: stretch` (equal card heights), and text blocks inside cards use `flex-direction: column; align-items: flex-start` (reading flow).
- Mobile-first: rows convert to columns on small viewports; **no horizontal scrolling at any breakpoint**.

**1.5 Framework Default**
- Use Tailwind CSS (CDN or build) or clean custom CSS driven by Tailwind's `@layer` / `@apply`. All utilities must map back to the CSS variables and to generic reusable component classes (`.btn`, `.card`, `.field`).

**1.6 Typography & Icons (Google Fonts Mandatory)**
- Load **Rubik** (weights 400, 500, 700) via Google Fonts `<link>` and bind it to `--font-base`.
- Load **Google Material Symbols** via `<link>`. Use them for every icon (truck, warehouse, radar/tracking, support headset, check_circle, cancel, star, arrow_forward, expand_more, menu, progress_activity, call, mail).
- **Inline SVGs and local icon files are forbidden.**

---

## 2. COMPONENT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

**2.1 Button Component (`.btn`)**
- **Default:** `display: flex; align-items: center; justify-content: center; gap: 0.5rem;` minimum touch target 44×44px; Rubik 700, uppercase, `letter-spacing: 0.02em`; geometric cut corners via `clip-path: polygon(0 0, calc(100% - var(--clip-size)) 0, 100% var(--clip-size), 100% 100%, var(--clip-size) 100%, 0 calc(100% - var(--clip-size)))` (diagonal cuts on top-right and bottom-left).
- **Variants:** `.btn--primary` (fill `--primary`, white text), `.btn--glass` (glass tokens, white text, `--glass-border`), `.btn--danger` (visually distinct from `--primary` in the dark theme — use a darker red fill or red outline treatment).
- **Hover:** `filter: brightness(1.1)` plus `--shadow-md`; `cursor: pointer`.
- **Focus:** Because `clip-path` clips outlines, the keyboard focus indicator **must** be an inset ring: `box-shadow: inset 0 0 0 2px var(--text-primary)` (optionally a two-tone ring with an inner `--bg-primary` gap). Never ship a button without a visible focus indicator.
- **Active/Pressed:** `transform: scale(0.97)`.
- **Loading (`.is-loading`):** blocks interaction and double-clicks (`aria-busy="true"`), renders a spinning Material Symbol `progress_activity` (CSS rotation keyframes) in a reserved icon slot so button dimensions never change.
- **Disabled:** `opacity: 0.5`, `filter: grayscale(1)`, `cursor: not-allowed`.
- **Success/Error (`.is-success` / `.is-error`):** temporary feedback styles driven by `--text-success` / `--text-error`, announced via `aria-live`.

**2.2 Card Component (`.card`)**
- **Default:** Flexbox layout, `--bg-secondary` background, `1px solid rgba(255,255,255,0.10)` border, `--radius-md`, `--shadow-sm`, padding via `--spacing-gap`.
- **Hover (interactive cards):** `transform: translateY(-2px)` and elevation shift to `--shadow-md`.
- **Focus-within:** card border shifts to `--primary` when a child button/link receives focus.
- **Loading (Skeleton):** `.skeleton` class with a diagonal white-alpha shimmer keyframe sweep, sized to preserve final layout dimensions.
- **Empty State:** `.card--empty` with a centered Google Icon and guidance text — define the class even if unused in static copy.
- **Variants required:**
  - **Feature cards:** red clip-path icon badge, Material Symbol icon, title, description.
  - **Pricing cards:** tier name, price, feature list with `check` icons, `.btn` CTA; the featured middle tier gets a `--primary` border, a "MOST POPULAR" badge, and elevated scale/shadow.
  - **Testimonial cards:** glass variant, 5-star rating via Material Symbol `star` (icon shape + fill, never color-only), quote, monogram avatar circle (initials on `--primary`), name and role.
  - **Liquid-glass consultation card (hero):** `backdrop-filter: blur(40px) saturate(180%)` (include `-webkit-backdrop-filter`), background `--glass-bg`, `border: 1px solid var(--glass-border)`, diagonal shine via a `::before` overlay (`linear-gradient(135deg, var(--glass-shine), transparent 60%)`), and an inset box-shadow using `--glass-inner-shadow`.

**2.3 Form & Input Requirements (hero consultation form)**
- **Structure:** each `.field` is a flex column wrapping a `<label>`, the input, and a dedicated error feedback element wired via `aria-describedby`.
- **Input styling on glass:** background `rgba(0,0,0,0.35)`, `1px solid var(--glass-border)`, white text, placeholder `rgba(255,255,255,0.4)`, `--radius-sm`.
- **States:** empty, focused (2px `--primary` ring via `box-shadow` — never remove an outline without replacement), filled, valid (`--border-success` + `check_circle` icon), invalid (`--border-error`, red error text, `cancel` icon — never color-only), disabled, read-only.
- **Fields:** Full name, work email, phone (optional), service interest (select: Freight / Warehousing / Fleet / Other), submit labeled "GET MY FREE CONSULTATION".
- **Submission flow:** button enters loading state → success (an `aria-live` region announces "Request received — a Targo logistics specialist will contact you within one business day" and the form shows a success state) or error state with per-field messages.

**2.4 FAQ Accordion**
- Use native `<details>` / `<summary>` for zero-config accessibility; style the summary as a flex row (`align-items: center`) with the question and a rotating `expand_more` icon; animate open/close with the CSS `grid-template-rows: 0fr → 1fr` technique.
- Optionally enforce one-open-at-a-time via minimal JS in `script.js`.
- Write 5–6 real FAQ items (pricing model, coverage area, shipment tracking, cargo insurance, onboarding time).

**2.5 Hero Video**
- `<video autoplay muted loop playsinline preload="metadata" poster="assets/hero-poster.jpg" aria-hidden="true">` with source `assets/hero-video.mp4`; absolutely positioned, `object-fit: cover`, `inset: 0`, **`opacity: 1` — no overlay or scrim layer on top of the video**.
- The video is decorative background; the consultation card and headline float above it (content at a higher z-index).
- **Placeholder exception:** actual footage is unspecified, so the local asset path is an accepted placeholder; the hero section must carry a CSS fallback (dark gradient `#000000 → #1A1A1A` with a subtle red radial accent) so the hero renders correctly before the video file exists.
- **Contrast without overlay:** select dark-toned poster/footage; if headline contrast over footage fails WCAG AA, apply a localized text-shadow to the headline only — never a full-screen overlay.
- **`prefers-reduced-motion`:** pause/remove autoplay and show the poster; disable shimmer and all decorative animation.

---

## 3. CORE UX & MICRO-INTERACTION RULES

- **Responsive by default:** fluid sizing, no horizontal overflow. Hero headline uses `clamp(42px, 5vw + 1.5rem, 64px)` (≈42px mobile / 64px desktop), Rubik 700, uppercase, `letter-spacing: -0.04em`. On mobile the hero stacks: headline block first, glass consultation card below.
- **Smooth animations:** `transition: var(--transition-normal)` on all state changes; respect `prefers-reduced-motion` globally.
- **Accessibility:** semantic HTML5 landmarks (`header`, `nav`, `main`, `section`, `footer`), a skip link, correct ARIA roles/labels on custom widgets, logical DOM/focus order, full keyboard operability, `aria-live` regions for form feedback and toasts (toast layer at `--z-toast`), and AA contrast on every surface.
- **Mandatory visual feedback:** every click, hover, focus, and submission triggers a visible state change.
- **Destructive actions:** any destructive control must use `.btn--danger` and remain visually distinct in the dark theme.

---

## 4. DELIVERABLES & OUTPUT FORMAT

- **Files:** separate `index.html`, `style.css`, `script.js`. No inline `<script>` blocks beyond a single deferred entry-point reference (`<script src="script.js" defer>`). No inline styles. No inline SVGs.
- **Naming convention:** BEM consistently across the entire deliverable (`.btn`, `.btn--primary`, `.card`, `.card--glass`, `.hero__title`, `.field__input`, `.field__error`). If Tailwind is used, component classes are still defined via `@layer components` / `@apply` and map to the CSS variables — never mix conventions.
- **`script.js` scope:** form validation with loading/success/error states and `aria-live` announcements, optional FAQ single-open behavior, smooth anchor scrolling, reduced-motion video handling, and a toast utility. Nothing beyond the behavior specified here.
- **Copy:** real English logistics copy throughout; placeholders are permitted **only** for the video/poster assets as specified in 2.5.
- **Header/footer detail:** sticky glass header (blur backdrop, "TARGO" wordmark with red accent, anchor links, CTA) at `--z-dropdown`; footer with four secondary link columns (Services, Company, Legal, Contact), Material Symbol social icons, and a copyright line — links at white 60% opacity shifting to `--primary` on hover.
- Generate the final code immediately, complete on the first attempt, with no TODOs and no omitted sections.
